How to uninstall appliques

I installed my biohazard applique upside down lol.
I rushed it and installed it when the window was the wrong way!

How do I uninstall and reinstall it ?

assuming your window is symmetrical you could just take it out, turn it around and reinstall it?

else us some solvent to take it off, and get a new one made..

cant look that odd upside down can it? its lmost round the Biohazard sign..
