I have a P4 3.06GHz CPU. the Multipler is 23. how do you lower it ?
Please do some research before asking such a question
The answer is you can't unless you have an engineering sample...... but any n00b could have told you that.
Next time read a little or try to find the answer yourself. We are a helpful lot here but you have to want to help yourself as well.
There is a search button up the top
