What program will do this...?

I want a program that will open a picture file ie (.tiff , .psd) and display the code...of the image...essentially a file decompiler..

any leads?

Ah that would be a hex editor. Quick google orta sort you our. Other than that there is always file specifications for the different image formats, again a quick google.

Emacs will not let you use the Ctrl-C, Ctrl-X and Ctrl-V codes. It's a damn nuisance. But overall it is a good program.
