Hey what is the difference between core clock and mem clock (in relation to video cards)
(what does each have an effect on)
core is the GPU, the processing unit, like a CPU, but for graphics which is on the VGA card.
mem is the RAM, the memory, which is on the VGA card.
When it comes to OCing, try it, and you'll see, for best results OC both, not just one or the other.

usually o/cing mem is more beneficial for performance.
