im in the process of completely revamping my case cooling as im getting a new case to replace my old poxy one. atm my cooling consists of 1x80mm out (back), 2x60mm in (front), pci blower out and volcano hsf

im thinking about doing a bit of ducting also, probly to the side panel.

Is ducting cool air in or hot air out the best method?

i have heard hot air out is good as it improves your case temps but this will require changing fan directions i imagine.

also when using a duct is it better to have positive or negative air pressure inside the case?

:)

It is better to extract the heat out of the case, as the component beside CPU (NB/Mosfet) will have longer life as it don't have to feel the hot air coming from the CPU...
